We ship worldwide.
Shipping is determined when you place your order. DHL EXPRESS is available for italy and the rest of the world; LA POSTE is available only for italians orders. You will determine the speed of your shipment during check out.
We ship orders Monday-Friday.
Italy:
Standard: € 9,90 - 2/5 business days.
Express: €18 - 1/2 business days.
Free domestic shipping on orders over €80.
Free local delivery available for customers located in Florence City and other locations within the Province of Florence.
Europa UE:
Express: €38 - 1/2 business days.
Extra Europa EU:
Express: €44 - 1/2 business days.
Usa - Canada:
Express: € 44 - 1/2 business days.
Rest of the world:
Express: €60 - 1/2 business days.
International orders are typically shipped via DHL.
Note: Shipping cost DOES NOT include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
All return packages must be fully insured and carefully packed. We will not issue a refund on items damaged in return shipping.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items. All SALE purchases are final.
